Comically Lebron James had been mixed up with another player called Steven Lebron, who is baseball player plying his trade for the Cleveland Indians.
So, Lebron fans, take a chill pill! As Lebron James is NOT on steroids, he's currently in the Cavs' starting line-up as of Friday as they take on the Philadelphia 76ers.
